The ISTC Conference 2004 is to held at the Oxford Belfry Hotel, Oxford from the 8th to the 10th of October. As usual there will be a display of relevant exhibitors, the presentation of the annual documentation awards, the Horace Hockley award, the usual high standard of presentations and plenty of opportunities to chat to freinds old and new.
This year the theme will be along the lines of ‘Expanding your horizons’ and we are still looking for a few more contributors.

FrameMaker Express Customization for FM7.1/Windows is now available (free download) — similar to the FM7.0 version, but the default path for linked PDFs is updated to reflect the default FM7.1 path and a “FrameMaker 7.1 Supplement (PDF)” entry added under Help.

The James River Chapter, STC announces its first regional technical communications conference in Williamsburg, Saturday, January 17, 2004 at the Sheraton Four Points hotel. This event brings together experts and communications professionals to discuss and increase our skills with subjects ranging from software tools to communications strategies in an increasingly single-source, online world.
